What we hold to

We make one category of thing and we would rather make it slowly. Five bonded layers with a fibre interlayer. Fourteen days of curing before a ball leaves the rack. Three diameters, because bodies are three different heights.

Common questions

Which diameter should I take?

Measure your inseam, not your height. 71–78cm takes the 55, 79–88cm takes the 65, 89cm and above takes the 75. Then sit on it: hips level with or just above the knees. The sizing piece covers the exceptions.

Why does inflation take two days?

The shell needs to stretch. Fill to roughly eighty per cent, leave it a day at room temperature, then top up. Going straight to full diameter thins the material permanently.

Does the colour vary?

Yes. Each batch is dyed in a single run and we do not colour-correct between runs. Two balls bought a year apart will not match exactly.

What is covered by the warranty?

Two years on the shell against pressure loss in normal use. Pumps and plugs are replaced at any age, free. Heat, solvents and unsealed concrete are not covered.

Can I send an old ball back?

At any age, yes — we take it to the specialist recycling stream. It costs us and not you, which seemed like the right way round.

Do you supply studios?

We do. Send the quantity and the size split and we will come back with trade terms and a lead time.
